Anyone Can Read This Poem

‘Anyone’ should be a word that anyone can use,

But sadly it did not fit in, with my daily muse…

So here I am to write this post, it’s just a short lament,

Of how I failed this gracious host, it wasn’t my intent!

Ah, the fun of rhyming. I’ve always enjoyed it immensely. I tried to work the word ‘anyone’ into my normal poetry post this morning but it just wasn’t falling into place, hence this little ditty 😉

Emotional Support Flower a Flowing Poem

A bright yellow flower, similar to a daisy
Vibrant yellow flower

The emotional well-being,
of those who see this bloom…
Starts instantly agreeing,
That there’s more to life than gloom…

It shares the warmth of nature,
Bright petals all around…
And with its dainty posture,
Makes happiness abound…

Enjoy this yellow flower,
I hope it makes your day…

Autumn fights the good fight,

Brings us liberation here…

Allowing us to unite,

Showing all our colors clear…

No more green oppression,

To assimilate is past…

So bolden your expression,

Let your beauty shine at last…

Now join me nearby friends,

As autumn makes its way to you…

Let us show the world together,

How we make a lovely view!

Yeah, a bit of an odd perspective on the changing colors of autumn. I was thinking of the process and how chlorophyll retreats back into the tree, and the thought ‘retreat’ led to visions of armies along with the two word prompts I used today and thus this poem was born.
