Zen, not least of all,
Is simply fun to say.
I hope you don’t mind the repetition but if you read this bit poem out loud you’ll understand why. ‘Zen’ really is fun to say. At least for me.

It’s Friday (Happy Friday everyone!) and I was looking through my blog stats for the week and had a bit of a spontaneous idea to help me do better at following along with other bloggers out there.
So what I would like is for you to add a link in the comments below to your most viewed post or page for the week and I will be sure to check it out!
I get to be focused on everything else in life that I fail to take time to read all the other wonderful blogs out there. Actually I am usually hard pressed to find time to even put a post together, let alone spend time browsing the WordPress Reader feed. This has potential to be a weekly segment so I figure I can try it a few weeks and if it works out, I’ll make it stick!
Anyway, I will start. For this week the Word Search – Back to School 2019 edged out my Someflower poem by a single view. Likely some of those were self views as I tested out the interactivity on multiple personal devices.

Time doesn’t heal
A lie oft said,
For still I feel,
Inside I’m dead.
The loss that day,
You left me here,
You went your way,
Made real my fear.

Find someone new,
Break from the hold,
Get over you.
Unlikely…
This is a bit different from normal and kind of just rolled out into this post. I had originally started with the thought of an unlikely gem within but as words started to flow they took a much different course.
For those in a place like this, while time doesn’t truly heal, usually the feelings lose their intensity and there is a bright world out there to move on into. Always possible for a brighter tomorrow!

I am pleased to announce the first of a new type of content here at mindescapes.net! Well, word searches aren’t new here but now you can actually complete them on your computer, phone, or tablet. Simply go to the word search, Back to School 2019 and choose a pen color and then highlight the words as you find them either by touch or mouse cursor. You can check the box next to each word as you find them to help you keep track of your progress.
