Zen (poem)

Zen is a wonderful feeling,

Zen is a way of life…

Zen won’t set your mind reeling,

Zen helps you deal with strife…

Zen is a mindful call,

Zen can whisk you away…

Zen, not least of all,

Is simply fun to say.

I hope you don’t mind the repetition but if you read this bit poem out loud you’ll understand why. ‘Zen’ really is fun to say. At least for me.
