May I Cut In, A Poem

“May I cut in”,

Said the morning glory,

To a plant quite thin,

“You’ve had your story”,

I’ll be gentle,

When climbing your frame,

No don’t be mental,

Just playing the game.

———–

The game of life, that is. Viney plants tend choke the life out of others. Here’s what I believe is a type of morning glory and growing in full green up the dead stem of another plant. Don’t mind him, he’s just “cutting in” 😉

Have a great day and thanks for stopping in!
