As for the Liebster Award, what is it? Well, it is an award passed from blogger to blogger each year for blogs with fewer than 200 followers at the time of nomination. This blog currently has 24 followers but I hope for that to grow with time. From the The Official Rules of the Liebster Award 2017 site: “Liebster in German means sweetest, kindest, nicest, dearest, beloved, lovely, kind, pleasant, valued, cute, endearing, and welcome”.

I’ve not been around all that long to have a solid pick for favorite but I do have two blogs I am following that I always look forward to their next post.
The first, Through Open Lens, has amazing pictures, along with a cute quick joke, and an informative section related to the subject of his accompanying picture. I love the format and the amazing images! Keep up the amazing work!
The other, Little Fears, has cute stories from their characters that usually contain fun plays on words. I like plays on words. Nice format as well and definitely keep the stories coming!

Fall Musings Questions:
- What is your favourite scent?
The company Bath and Body Works had this amazing candle scented “Rainforest Gardenia”. Unfortunately it is seasonal and not available year round but by far is my favorite. - What is the one animal you would never want to have as a pet?
Spider! I know some people keep tarantulas and possibly other species as some sort of pet. I’ve never understood why, spiders give me the creeps! - What is the best life advice you’ve ever received?
Well, good question…tough answer. Probably that the journey is just as important if not more so than the destination. - If you can travel anywhere for a day, where would you go?
A blue water beach, most any would suffice, there are some nice ones in the Caribbean and nice ones in Asia. I really am drawn to the clear blue water though. - What is your favourite icecream flavour?
Red Raspberry with Chocolate Truffles - How has blogging changed you?
Still very early to tell much. It has helped me feel more accomplished than I had been. - Which is your favourite part of a day?
Sunset. So many beautiful sunsets, the way the shadows are cast. The end of a successful day or the end of a tiring one that is now over. - What is the most sought after trait in a person for you?
Kindness, and I have found a most amazing person with this trait and so many other wonderful traits in my wife. I am so blessed to be married to her. - Ocean or cave?
Ocean would beat out the cave if it was where the water is clear. Most of the ocean shoreline on the states is less than clear 😦 I have to say I was in some interesting caves in Mexico on the Yucatan Peninsula though. - Who is your favourite writer?
Terry Goodkind – I really enjoyed the Sword of Truth series and related stories. - What is your favourite meal of the day?
Breakfast, most certainly. Likely because many breakfast foods are sweeter and I have a sizable sweet tooth.
